Leftover Tofurky ideas
Do you have leftover Tofurky? Or maybe you're like a couple people I know who stock up on Tofurky when it's available so they can have it year round. In this case, you may have "plannedovers"! Here's a few ways to use up leftover Tofurky:

  • Baked Tofurky Stroganoff
  • More leftover Tofurky ideas

  • Got leftover gravy?
The best way to use up leftover gravy is to drizzle it on leftover Tofurky sandwiches or bake up a vegetarian loaf to mop it all up. Don't forget that your dogs and cats might like a bit of gravy as a treat too! If you're looking for something else though, here's a few ways to use up leftover gravy:
  • Shepherd's Pie with Vegetarian gravy
  • Veggie burger stroganoff
  • 6 vegetarian loaf recipes

  • Got leftover potatoes?
Got leftover mashed potatoes and gallons of gravy? Bake it into a vegetarian shepherd's pie! Try this version with lots of veggies, or, try a "meaty" vegan version of shepherd's pie with TVP, or even a shepherd's pie with lentils. Not yet inspired? Browse through this complete list of what to do with leftover potatoes for dozens of ideas.
